I first hired Jim to remove an old wood burning stove which was completed successfully - within the budget and time frame quoted. Through this work (because he had to replaster), Jim became an adviser of sorts alerting me to additional issues that needed to be addressed ie. water entering the home and drywall cracks, work that was beyond the scale and time limitations of my renovation timeline and Top Notch availability. I cannot thank Jim enough for saving me thousands of dollars in "symptom" work that would have had to be redone once a full repair was realized and commissioned.

Since then, I've hired Top Notch to update my screened in porch, cap and replace the downspouts, installing a new toilet, changing faucets, and more. Each job is done with precision and care all while maintaining budget and timeliness.
